Team Member Application
Second Bloom repurposes event florals that would otherwise be discarded and delivers them to local hospices and hospitals to bring joy to patients and families.
Team members will:
Be assigned a district of 3–4 local venues
Pick up florals late Friday/Saturday nights (around 10:30pm–12:00am)
Drop florals at Blair’s house (in a designated garage area with shelving)
Return Sunday at 1pm to Blair's house to break down arrangements into smaller vases
Deliver to local hospice/hospital and collect the previous week’s empty vases
Hours: ~4–5 hours per wedding (split between Fri/Sat night + Sunday afternoon)
Pay: $120 per pickup
Qualities we’re looking for: Responsible, dependable, personable (you’ll interact with planners and vendors) and consistent with scheduling — reliability is everything.
Note: Second Bloom is currently testing this program through the end of the year, with an official launch planned for early 2026
